Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide information on basic concepts about filing and archiving, filing systems and processes.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Wiil be able to explain features that must be found in a good filing system,
  • Wiil be able to discuss the stages of the filing process and what to do in those stages,
  • Wiil be able to describe the relationship between filing and archiving,
  • Wiil be able to open a new file,
  • Wiil be able to classify the hardware and auxiliary tools and equipment required for filing and archiving.
Course Description Basic concepts about filing, the purpose of filing, management of filing, organization types in file, stages of filing process, archiving, EDMS and office automation.
